I forgot to add into my entry below that I've worked out a Keen and Live Person schedule that I like.
KEEN: Mon - Fri: 10 am - 2:00 pm est

LIVE PERSON: Weekends. No specific times. Will be on more though every other weekend - starting this weekend.

I wasn't going to call but your keen button on the side bar says 'Arrange a Call' with "Away" by the telephone part.
I'm its 12:48pm which I guess you could be at lunch but your work hours you put were mon-fri from 10am to 2pm.
Were you starting this now? OR next week?
