Supplies: red sachet (or red cloth with red thread to tie shut), rose quartz, lovage, lavender and powdered sugar.

Instructions:

Mix equal parts of lovage, lavender and powered sugar into the red sachet. The sachet does not have to be full of herbs, but the amounts must be equal.

Add the rose quartz.

Close the sachet.

Run your bathwater and place the sachet inside the tub.
