Cut a Nutmeg into exactly 4 pieces.
- Bury one part in the Earth or in a potted plant.
- Throw one off or your roof - out a window - off a hill into the air.
- Burn the third part in a non metal container, in the fireplace or bonefire.
- Boil the fourth part in water. Let the water cool and strain the nutmeg.
- Drink a sip of the nutmeg water and take this last piece of nutmeg with you everywhere - even under your pillow at night.
