Cold & Sore Throat Tea
Blackberries are a rich source of fiber and vitamin C.
Make the tea from the LEAVES of a blackberry bush for a upset stomach.
Drink it HOT to soothe a cold or gargle WARM to fight a sore throat or drink for indigestion.
Tea: Infuse 1 teaspoon of fresh or dried blackberry leaves in a cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Add blackberry shoots to the infusion if you wish to battle mouth irritations.
