Eye Strain Infusion

Work too much on the computer? Like to read but after awhile it hurts to do so? Try this eye strain infusion!

Need: 1 Amazonite, Spring or Distilled Water (tap water will work in a pinch), 2 Bowls (one has to be glass).

Place the Amazonite into the Glass Bowl.

Fill the 2nd Bowl with Water.

Put the Glass Bowl into the 2nd Bowl.

Place both Bowls in the Sunlight/Moonlight for 24 hours.

Splash your tired eyes with the Amazonite infusion.
