In a DARK GLASS BOTTLE with LID, combine equal amounts of following:

Allspice
Basil
Carnation
Cinnamon
Frankincense
Irish Moss
Nutmeg
Oak Moss
Orris Root or Powdered Sugar

Drop in a TIGER'S-EYE stone.

Fill the BOTTLE with JOJOBA OIL (this isn't really an oil so it doesn't go bad if it sits for a long spell).

Put the LID on the BOTTLE.

ROLL the BOTTLE around in your HANDS to mix the HERBS/OIL.

Anoint your HANDS, WRISTS, NECK with the OIL. You can also anoint CANDLES and SACHETS as needed for increased good luck.

Autumn Magic

On the Autumn Equinox or or Mabon (today - Sept 22nd) it is a great time to put together a magical good luck altar as you show your respect for the harvest, the dead and the Triple Goddess shifting into the crone.

Gather leaves that are common to your locale. Also - pick up sticks (no taking branches off of trees) and a few stones. The amount of leaves/sticks does not matter.

You will also need: 3 apples, 3 orange candles, a ear of corn, non-metal bowl, 3 candlesticks, 1 spell charcoal, Herbs: Sandalwood, Oakmoss, Juniper, Patchouli.

Mix together equal parts of the: Sandalwood, Oakmoss, Juniper, Patchouli - put aside.

Arrange on an altar, table or shelf an arrangement of the stones, branches, apples and leaves that feel right to you -- this is an intuitional placement.

Next - place the candles: one in the middle - and one on each end of the arrangement. Careful to make sure they are far enough away from anything flammable.

Light the charcoal - put it in the non-metal bowl. Sprinkle the mixture of Sandalwood, Oakmoss, Juniper, Patchouli over the lit coals.

Light the candles.

In your own words - give thanks for the upcoming harvest - for autumn - and anything else you are truly grateful for. Afterwards - state your wishes. Be short & specific.

End by again - saying thank you.

Let the candles burn down. Before winter hits - bury everything that was on your altar. If that's not possible - return everything to nature, except for the wax, which you will have to throw away.

Lucky Money Sachet

Need some luck attracting some much needed cash? Try this sachet!

Supplies: Cinnamon, Basil, Powdered Sugar, Allspice, Clear Quartz Crystal, Green Sachet or Green Cloth & Green Thread

Instructions:

- Mix equal amounts of Cinnamon, Basil, Powdered Sugar, Allspice together.

- Add the herbs to the Green Sachet.

- Place inside the Clear Quartz Crystal into the Green Sachet.

- Close the Green Sachet and carry with you.

- Squeeze the Green Sachet gently to activate the herbs.

After 3 months, bury the herbs and you can reuse the Green Sachet & Clear Quartz Crystal for another Lucky Money Sachet.

The Luck Of A Coral

Need some extra luck in your life? Who doesn't now a days? Let coral help you!

Take a piece of coral and touch it to every door, window and wall in the house - starting at the top floor and moving in a clockwise direction. When you are finished, place the coral in a place where it will be seen by all on a daily basis. A fireplace mantel or entertainment center are both good spots. You need a place with traffic and where it will be views by all.

Let the coral do its magic!

You can do this once a year - day and time are not important (although during a new or full moon is a plus), but it is always a good idea NOT to do any spell during a Mercury Retrograde.

Gambler's Lucky Guardian

Take a green sachet or a green piece of cloth w/green string/thread/twine.

Inside of the sachet place:

1 Galangal root
1 Matched pair of lodestones
1 4-leaf clover (real or charm)
7 Tonka beans
1 Medal of St. Anthony and/or a charm depicting a fork-tailed mermaid.

Seal the sachet. Take with you when you need the luck!

Replace the herbs/beans in the sachet every 3 months.

Halloween Candle Luck Spell
