Citrus Clean!

Need to clean your personal energy space? Let citrus fruit help you!

1. Gather different types of CITRUS: oranges, lemons, limes, mangoes, tangerines, etc..

2. Cut the CITRUS into 1/4.

3. Squeeze the JUICE into your BATH WATER. Toss in the fruit.

4. Add as much YARROW and/or FRANKINCENSE essential oil as you want. You can't OD here.

5. Get in the BATH and rub the CITRUS all over your body. SOAK in the water for at least 9 MINUTES.

6. Let yourself AIR-DRY. You'll probably be sticky - but let the stickiness stay for as long as you can handle it.
