Astral sex was not on my mind - but a get away from my stressful day was. I was floating about an astral layer, enjoying the peacefulness, when I felt a buzz. Not a sound - no words spoken - just a high frequency buzz. I turned around and saw an outline of a man with mostly blue energy. I couldn't see his face really - don't think he had one - but intuitively knew it as Bill. His arm reached out to me - and it was like I was on some warped high as the arm stretched and contorted so odd, like it was a limp piece of taffy in a taffy puller. I held out my hand to grab him - but my hand didn't really look like a hand either - but a large baseball mitt. I noticed my energy pulsed with violet and orange.

As he pulled me to him, parts of his energy body spiked out towards me - for lack of a better way to describe it, they reminded me of energy hard ons. One spike shot out from his third eye, the other his throat and lastly his sacral chakra (2 in below where the belly button would be). When the energy spikes hit my body they caused a energetic ripple effect from the point of contact, through out my body. The feel was energizing, but dare I say it tickled too? I have no idea how it would tickle, but it did.

Instead of giving me an orgasm right off (the norm) somehow the energy booted me from being with Bill into a vastness of white. I had no idea where I was - but all I could see was white - period. My energy body was vibrating at an insane rate of speed. I admit - I was a bit freaked with all of this - I wanted to go back to my body. So I did.

I slammed back into my body pretty hard. My physical body was trembling pretty fast like my energy body was and on top of it all, I was horny as hell. I knew I couldn't just go to bed and fall asleep. It took 15 min for my physical body to chill out enough so that I could take care of the horny problem. That problem took care of itself in record time - thanks to my energy body being so ramped up.

What an experience. I tell ya what - out of the three methods, astral sex may produce the most intense orgasm, but it's also the weirdest.

Astral sex is something that I do not get a lot of time to do. But what time is spent in the astral is well worth the time and effort. The other night I went on the astral plane to specifically look for Vincent. I left my body, thought of him and bingo - there I was. He was half asleep in a chair with a book on his chest. I reached out to touch him when I heard a voice tell me not to do that - let him sleep.

I turned and saw this floating energy blob (reminded me of something right out of the original Star Trek, but not as cheesy) that pulsed all of the colors of the rainbow, one at a time. It asked me to follow it. I asked how I could keep up - it told me to reach out what I would perceive to be an arm and lay my hand on it. So I did. As soon as I touched it - a strange, vibrating energy pulsed right through me - in a blink we were out of Vincent's room and in a place of vastness. There was no beginning - no ending - it just existed everywhere. There was no top or bottom - it just was what it was.

This energy blob extended itself into a very long tube - and turned solid orange. It told me to climb inside. I was rather skeptical and wasn't too thrilled about going into a cylinder in the middle of no where. It promised me that it wouldn't hurt and that it was what I was looking for. I asked what it as going to do -- it said that it would sexually excite me to the point of an orgasm.

Well - who could turn down an invitation like that? Not me.

As I crawled in - every movement of my energy with its energy caused spikes of super charged energy to run through me - it was like I had my hand on the hood of a charged up race car and the motor was on. When I got to the middle - it told me to lie down. I did and I could feel the tunnel close in around me so that it became a second skin. As soon as it did that, I felt a fire in my sacral chakra. This energy burned with such intensity that my sexual response was immediate and intense. Before I could finish saying - Holy Shit - I slammed back into my body.

I laid there - my heart was beating so fast that I thought I was having a heart attack. I didn't have to check my body to see if I had an orgasm - I knew I did. My body was trembling like I was submerged in a tub if ice water. It took at least 15 min for my body to chill out.

Once it did - I fell asleep satisfied and exhausted.

OBE Sex - now I know last week I had to decrease my sexual energy because it was way to much out there - even for me. But stick with me.

I had a feeling that my friend Sean and I were going to have another OBE sex experiment. To prepare for it - I decided to come up with an oil to not only make the OBE connection stronger, but to give it more juice. I know - sometimes I'm a bit crazy - aren't I?

My first thought was that I had some really small Moldavite's here that weren't being used - -then I mulled over what oils I had and decided to use: Mugwort, Ylang Ylang, Jasmine. Patchouli with a base oil of Almond.

Moldavite Madness

1/8 cup Almond Oil
9 drops Mugwort
6 drops Ylang Ylang
6 drops Patchouli
3 drops Jasmine
1 Moldavite chip (very small stone - trust me - larger is just too much energy)

Mix all together by swirling the liquid after each add. If you don't use it all - store in a dark bottle (with a cap) away from sunlight and heat.

Places to apply:

Astral & Dream Sex: Middle of your feet and your palms, third eye, top of your skull
Telepathic Sex: Middle of your feet and your palms, third eye, above the top of each of your ear lobes...right on your skull

I applied it for telepathic sex and waited to hear what Sean would say. Sure enough when I said it was time for my shower - he said he was going to jump in and help:)

Last weekend I attended the Maria Shaw Cosmic Convention in Midland, MI. Had a great time - met a lot of fabo people. Last weekend when I was chatting in the OBE Sex workshop - people were curious about race, gender during the obe and how do you know who it is exactly that you are engaging in obe sex with?

During an OBE experience - whether it is for sex or just to travel - it's our energy bodies that are doing the OBE. Because of this we are able to shift our appearance from what we look like in our human bodies to anything we want. We can be a male or female (as we've been both in past lives) we can be any race we choose (again in every life we will each get to live in a different race - some more than once).

But even though we can change our physical or energy appearance - there are two things we cannot alter and that follows us not only in the OBE world, but from lifetime to lifetime:

1) Our eyes. The shape may change - the size - but never the color or the glint of our eyes when someone looks into them. Since each of our soul's are unique - we each have a unique glint.

2) Our energy signatures. We each carry a different energy print - much like a fingerprint - no two are alike. I found this interesting that this same principle was applied in a recent episode of FRINGE.

The above is handy to know if you have protected yourself against a certain person, but the change their appearance, gender and/or race and try to make contact again. Your energy will immediately know that this person is not cool and the walls of protection will come up. Same applies if you are looking for someone. You hone in on their unique energy frequency - if you two have ever shared energy in this life (talking, being in the same room, dreaming together) or in past lives, then your energy will already have theirs in memory. It's easier to hone in that way instead of searching for someone blindly.

So the next time you are engaging in OBE sex with someone and you like the way they feel (pun intended) it'll be much easier to find them the next time around. And if they were creepy - you'll be able to dodge them for eternity!

The astral sex I engaged in the other day was nothing like I've done before. I didn't have an agenda in mind when I began my astral adventures. Nor did I feel like finding anyone at all and engaging in astral sex.

I'm moving about in an upper dimension, enjoying the multitude of lights and freedom I felt from not being trapped in my physical body.

I heard a woman's voice say: are you ready for something new? Being the somewhat adventurous person I am - I replied - yes.

Look over here - her smooth voice called. I did and what I saw was a multitude of tiny specks of light in the colors of the chakra's: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet and white. I went to the lights - memorized by their beauty.

The voice said - one by one the lights will pass back and forth through your energy portals, opening them up fully.

And that's what the lights did - one by one they went through the chakra's/energy portals opening them up. When they would first pass through, there was a slight "zing" of energy. With every pass through, the zing got stronger. Once they were complete - they hovered in front of me - all lined up with the chakra they represented. My energy field glowed like a light bulb.

The voiced asked - are you ready? For what I asked? Why for orgasmic bliss she replied.

Of course - I answered.

Simultaneously, all of the lights went into the corresponding chakra's. This push of energy made me feel as if I had a storm surge starting at my feet and turning it's way to my crown. The energy was incredible. As stated, my energy body experienced an orgasmic climax and release that was fast and furious.

When my astral/energy body slammed back into my physical body, I couldn't catch my breath. I could feel my lower half throbbing and vibrating as if it just finished an orgasm. I checked - it did.

If you ever have a chance to travel to the higher dimensions - keep a look out for dozens of chakra fireflies - they are well worth the astral sex experience.

The last thing on my mind was astral sex. I've been sick a better portion of last week and this week - so sleep has actually been difficult for me. I was lying on my side in bed last night - hovering between sleep and mildly awake - when I felt energy run up my spine. The energy was warm, as if I had liquid sunshine poured into my spine. I shrugged it off and tried to sleep. The energy came back - but this time it started in my spine and branched out like rays of sunshine. That's when I felt pressure on my neck, like someone was kissing me. This woke me all the way up - and I rolled over and felt the space next to me. Usually if it's a spirit, it's colder in that area of occupation. No such luck this time - it all felt the same temp.

I rolled back and tried to go to sleep again. This time I could feel someone's hands roaming up and down my body. The touch was soft and seductive. I mumbled something about being sick - and the touching stopped the pressure disappeared.

Right when I was about to slip into unconscious bliss, I felt pressure on my breasts and feather kisses on my mouth. I commented that it was nice to feel loved, but that I really needed to get some sleep if I was ever to get better. That's when the warmth stepped into my body (for lack of a better way to put it) and although I could feel my sexual urges stirring, the energy left well enough alone and let me fall asleep.

At the time this was happening I couldn't put my finger on who it was - I was too tired to care. But when I woke up - I asked my guides if they could show me who it was - George was the 1st face to pop into my head.

It was nice to have the kisses and the attention even if it was only on an astral level. And before you ask - yes, you can be firmly planted in the physical sphere and have another person be on the astral level and you still feel their presence. The way I know that he was on the astral and this wasn't a telepathic connection is that my mind was not engaged at all.

Orange Ball Energy Sex

1. Relax, be comfortably, and close your eyes.

2. Focus in on your sacral chakra (2 inches below the navel). See the energy portal that is in the solar plexus - it should be some shade of orange.

So, a new friend opened Pandora's proverbial box recently, which seems to be all I needed to get my mojo going both on the earthly and the astral dimensions! Ah, the OBE sex was actually with someone else. It was such an intense experience, especially since I wasn't really expected to be so connected to this person. I was falling asleep and then I realized that I was snuggling up up someone, (i know who, but you don't need to ;) and I had such a strong realization that it was real and not a dream, while I was dreaming. Like lucid dreaming, but the kind where you realize that you are the butterfly and the whole caterpillar thing was the real illusion. The romantic aspect is less important than the truth that the LOVE IS ALL THAT'S REAL. Needless to say, my normally commitment-phobic, player self was a bit spooked given I do know this person in my waking life and while I might do him, trusting him would be a whole other story. I guess that's why I need to learn my lessons astrally ;)

If you are out and about engaging in dream or astral sex, you will from time to time, come across unwanted energies. The energies could be trying to invade your dreams to try to seduce you into dream sex or try to move inside your energy bubble in the astral layers for explosive sex.

The same rules apply during OBE experiences as they do in the physical reality. But just as there are people on the physical plane who do not know how to take “No” for an answer – there are those in OBE world with that same problem. So when NO will not work alone – try some of these protective measure to shield your space from other souls.

Since we astral project as we dream, these methods work for both dream and astral sexual protection:

1. Simple: Tell the energy “No” in a stern and commanding voice. This is always your first line of protection/defense.

2. Passive Environmental: Placing objects in your physical environment help to keep unwanted energies at bay:

A) A small indoor fountain: this can be placed by your front door or by the door to your OBE room/bedroom (where you dream and/or astral project).

B) A ring of salt: place salt around your bed, or where you OBE project from before your projection/dream. You can also place salt around your home (inside or out) either directly on the floor, or in sachets. Replace once a week if needed.

3. Aggressive In-World: Use these methods if someone shows up and will not leave you alone during a dream or astral travel:

A) Protective Ball: Imagine an energy field of white light surrounding you so that you are in a protective ball. No harm can come to you from inside here.

B) Protective Armor: Imagine yourself protected by a glowing white light suit of armor, complete with a shield. This is an impenetrable force.

Astral sex is such a rush. Whether you are going solo into the astral plane for sex, you and your partner are meeting up or you and your partner experience astral sex after an intense physical orgasm - astral sex is a one of kind energy thrill.

As with physical sex and foreplay - there are forms of astral foreplay.

Astral foreplay takes place – on the present/reality plane with the projector (you) on the plane and the foreplay target in the physical.

A few of the easiest and most effective astral foreplay methods are:

2. Relax and enter into an astral projection.

3. Think of the target person – you’ll be taken immediately to them.

I've been trying an experiment this last week - and I must say - it's worked out just peachy:) If you have ever read this blog before, you'll know that I prefer telepathic sex over astral or dream sex -- just because it is easier to remember what has happened. And besides - feeling the orgasm in the physical body is just great:)

Okay - so what have I been doing? Experimenting with my chakra's - the sacral chakra & throat chakra. The sacral chakra is located two inches below your belly button and two inches into the pelvis. The qualities that this chakra embraces are your well-being, sexuality, sensuality, pleasure and abundance. The throat chakra is located at the base of your throat (both internal and external) in the soft spot where it reaches the collar bone. The qualities that this chakra embraces are your will, communication, creativity, truthfulness and integrity.

You open up and activate both chakra's prior to OBE sex (telepathic sex especially) and it enhances an already orgasmic experience.

Here's some basic chakra steps to take before you begin an OBE sex experience:

1. Imagine a large orange pyramid over your lower abdomen.

2. Have the pyramid rotate and move it into your abdomen.

3. As the pyramid enters your abdomen (and sacral chakra) imagine an orange circle on your abdomen. As the pyramid spins, the orange circle grows.

4. As the orange circle grows - imagine the black gunk (negative emotions, attachments, beliefs, etc..) exiting the orange circle and floating off.

5. Do this until the orange circle and orange pyramid are the same size -- and the orange circle is a vibrant orange.

6. Move on to your throat. Here imagine a turquoise blue, inverted pyramid over your throat.

7. Have the pyramid rotate and move it into your throat.

8. As the pyramid enters your throat (and throat chakra) imagine an turquoise blue circle on your throat. As the pyramid spins, the turquoise blue circle grows.

9. As the turquoise blue circle grows - imagine the black gunk (negative emotions, attachments, beliefs, etc..) exiting the turquoise blue circle and floating off.

10. Do this until the turquoise blue circle and turquoise blue pyramid are the same size -- and the turquoise blue circle is a vibrant turquoise blue.

After being on Psychiconair.com this morning as Maria Shaw's guest, and talking about astral sex, I knew that I had to go do some traveling. I rearranged a few things on my schedule and off I went. When I separated my body, it was very bright around me - almost as if I had a spotlight shining right in my eyes and I couldn't see. I knew better than to turn around and look at my physical body - so I thought about the ocean -- and there I was.

However, I wasn't alone. I looked over and there was Bill. I was surprised to say the least. He said - I figured this is where you would go. I didn't bother even asking how he knew I was even going to astral travel. He held out his hand and I took it. We immediately went to the moon. I found this to be very odd since I can't even remember going to the moon before. So here we are, two energy masses floating on the moon. Bill's right hand turned into what I would describe as a clit licking sex toy. But instead of placing it where one would think to - on my clit, he slid it inside my energy body. It was such an odd, yet exciting feeling. It felt like someone was stroking my energy body from the inside out. It was highly erotic and tantalizing. I could feel myself getting lighter - I thought that I couldn't take it any more. That's all I had to do was think about it, that the excitement was getting to me - because Bill stepped into me. The last 12 hours or so, Will has been kissing my neck - energy wise. But I don't think he knows he's doing it. Because it's random - where in my neck he kisses and the sporadic nature of it just isn't the conscious norm of him. He's very matter-of-fact when he knows he's doing something. But I do know it's him. He, Bill and Ted have their own energy feel to them and with that - they always feel different, even if it's a slight difference. With Will, any time he touches me or his energy is around me, it is a warm, loving feelings. There is never anything harsh, depressive or neutral to him - unlike the other two. And it can't be anyone but those three and Matt, because I've locked out everyone else.

So how do you do that? Lock out other unwanted energies from hitting on you for OBE sex? I'm going to go more in more detail with what to do in my class April 2nd:

But here's the basic plan:

1. Imagine a wall growing up out of the ground, surrounding you, and climbing until it reaches over your head and locks together. So that you are in encased in an upside down energy test tube (for lack of a better way to describe it). This wall can be out of any material you like - I personally like a nice thick ice wall so that light can still shine through.

2. Now in this wall you can cut doors for as many people that you would like to let through - I have 4.

3. Over each door, put something that is characteristic to each energy that is allowed to come to you. For me - since I know their names - that is what graces each doorway. When you are imagining whatever characteristic it is over each door, really imagine that soul's energy and allow the emotions that this particular energy brings you to permeate your body. Once those intense feelings are gone - you know that the doorway is programmed for that energy only to pass through.

4. If someone falls out of favor with you - then you can tear down their door. Or if someone else comes along later- you can add their door.

It's a very effective technique that has yet to let me down. I find that it works the best for telepathic sex - although it hasn't failed in either astral or dream sex. However in astral or dream sex I simply tell a person or energy to leave me alone and that normally works. If it doesn't, that's when I throw up the wall around me and block them out.

I love sex -- and you'll never hear me apologize about it. When I hit 38 my libido went through the roof and has been that way ever since. Now to find a partner who can keep up with me. In the mean time - while I'm going this extended stay of self-love, OBE sex will do the trick. But OBE sex doesn't always have to include orgasms or even lead you to one (that would not be me -- but it's an individual choice) OBE foreplay can be a great additive to anyone's day or night.

Take last night for instance. I honestly don't know if this was dream, astral or telepathic contact. It was one of those in and out sleeps -so I don't know if I was asleep or not. Bill hasn't shown up around me in quite some time. He's always there - but when he's busy working on a project - he's focused on that project. Anyways - he must of had a few minutes to kill with this brief encounter.

I'm working on my script minding my own business when I can hear him tell me to astral project. I ignore him for a spell - but he's persistent. So I get into position to astral travel - but I'm having a hard time separating my energy body from my physical body. The next thing I know, Bill is there with an outstretched hand. I grab it - go through a quick separation (with a loud popping sound - ouch) and away we went.

The nice thing with OBE travel is that all you have to do is think about something and you're there. I followed his lead and we arrived in the midst of a frozen forest. I asked him (telepathically) why here? He said that he physically visited this place once and loved it.

Around us I can see these little black creatures scurrying about. Very unnerving if you didn't know that they wouldn't harm you. But I know from past experiences. I can hear a hum of sorts - it's very soothing. Bill immediately says it's the trees - they are singing for us.

His body shifts into an energy mass of an array of colors. I can see every color of the rainbow - but the two that stand out are red and violet. I shift into an energy mass and I can hear him say - nice yellow. I guess that's the color I had going for me. His energy merged with mine. The sensational feeling is that of free falling off of Sears Tower in Chicago. It's very elating, tummy dropping and energy jazzing. At the same time it felt as if someone poured a warm liquid through through the top and it flowed throughout.

Next thing I know I slammed back into my body -- out of breath -- yet energized:)

Sex has really been the last thing on my mind. Which is a shame since it is one of my favorite things to do. It's been work, work and more work. Tis the season you know! That said, I had a surprise visit by Bill last night. As our energies are always connected, I can always feel his presence. I can feel his moods as he can feel mine. But he has not wanted to communicate for a couple of months now and I've respected that. I'm glad that he's back -- at least for awhile.

I was working at the computer when I could feel his energy to my right. In a split second, the energy shifted to my left and I felt a brush of energy on the nape of my neck - sending chills up and down my spine. I knew he wanted me to take off with him astrally for some astral sex. So I did. When my astral body pulled away from my physical body, there he was standing next to me. A goofy grin on his face. I remember him saying - Hi Sunshine. He stepped into my energy (which is such a RUSH) and said - hold on. We went zooming through a kalidascope of colors until we stopped on a very grassy hilltop. It was dark, just like it was back home. I asked where we were and he couldn't tell me. Just said this is where he was pulled to. I looked around and I could see some strange small creatures running about - the reminded me of gnomes, elves and fairies. But I couldn't tell you for sure.

Bill's energy as still part of mine, meaning we were one energy being standing on this hill. Without saying another thought, Bill shifted our energies. I don't know how he did it, but it felt like a warm, energetic fuzz (for lack of a better word) enveloped my energy. There were millions of brilliant colors circling us - the night time sky as well as the green grass were gone. All I could see were streaks of color -- like being caught in a tornado of color. Faster and faster the color went around us and higher and higher the energy level became. I'm not sure if it was my sounds of pleasure, his or both that I could hear, but it didn't matter. It all raced until we had an astral orgasm -- then it stopped and the scenery was night time and we were on the grassy hill. I tried to see Bill, but all I could see was his blue eyes and he was gone.

When I returned to my body, my body was just coming down from the orgasmic high. My heart was still racing, my hair stood up on end and my panties were wet.

I wish I knew where time flew to - but I don't have a clue! My OBE sex life has hit a big snag due to lack of time. I have had some moments for "quickies" and I do guess that's better than nothing -- but it still bites.

Ted, bless his heart, made an appearance last night. I was half asleep and I can hear him calling me. Instead of sleeping, I hopped into some astral travel. When I went to the real time astral plane I was sluggish - probably because I was tired. There was this strange little creature in the corner - just looking at me. Ted peaked his head through a wall and said - hurry up before she comes back.

I ignored the little creature - which reminded me of an elf - and walked through the wall. Have you ever astrally walked through a wall? It tickles my tummy when I do so -- but not as much as when a physical person walks through my astral body. Now THAT is a strange feeling.

Any ways - we're at his London flat - but things are messed about. A door over there - - windows missing or put in upside down. All strange. Ted looked very frail and stressed - pacing back and forth in his kitchen. I asked how he was. He just stared at me -- his green eyes got to be a real deep shade of green - breath taking really.

In the blink of an eye he was in front of me, kissing me. His kisses was so sweet, yet so hungry. It was almost as if he was a starving man who has had his first morsel of food in weeks. His eagerness shot energy waves through my energy body. His mouth was all over my breasts, his lips tugged hungrily at my nipples. I usually don't remember so much astral wise - in such vividness - but this really stuck out. And during my Robert Bruce workshop that past weekend, Robert remind me about doing something to trigger my memory - and I did...

Okay - back to the sex...

I grabbed onto Ted's back, I wanted to sink my nails into his shoulder blades, but when I tried my hands went right through him. This was strange to me because his lower half was still very solid. I could feel his cock inside of me -- there was no mistaking it. The sensations were heavenly (as far as I was concerned). His upper body became transparent - and I could telepathically hear him say -- she's coming back - she's on her way. I talk to a lot of people from all over the world. One thing that I have found no matter the gender, race, social status or geographic location -- we have all had highly charged sex dreams at least twice in our lives (that can be remembered).

Bill and I had the most amazing astral sex experience last night. I stayed up to watch PSYCH last night as I needed a good laugh before bed. But when it was over -- I was wide awake. I decided to do some of my sexual energy exercises and then slip into an astral trip and hopefully see one of the guys. I know better than to do any energy work before I go to bed as more times than not I can't sleep. But this night I threw caution to the wind.

In the midst of raising my energy from my feet, up into the perineum and genital areas, out to the hip bones and back down to my feet -- all in a bouncing motion -- I could hear Bill calling my name. It wasn't an out loud calling, it was a telepathic call. I assured him that I was on my way. Once my energy was raised to where I deemed necessary, my astral body split from my physical body. With one quick thought of Bill - I was transported directly to him on the real plane. He was sitting in a chair in a hotel room, lost in thought as he looked out the window. He sensed I was there - closed his eyes and there was his astral body before me.

Our energies merged into one and I could "hear" him tell me to hold on. In an instant we were inside of a very large crystal temple. This temple's energy field seemed to flux with our energy. I knew he had brought me home, to Atlantis. It seemed like we floated over to a clear pool of water. The crystal temple pulsated with our energy.

Off to the left I could sense other energy bodies watching us - to the right the same. This observation didn't both either one of us. Our energy merged with the water in the pool. From my energy field came a very strong red energy that stretched to Bill and encased him. From Bill emitted a violet or deep purple energy that went in my crown chakra, went straight down through my energy field - back over to the bottom of Bill's energy, up through the crown and over to me again so that it was a constant loop of energy.

The only way I can put this is that it felt alive - we felt alive - connected in every sense of the word. In the astral plane you can be a ball of energy or you can morph into a physical -looking body. What was really odd is that our heads and upper bodies morphed into our naked physical selves, but the bottom halves stayed as energy.

Bill grabbed the back of my head with his hands and brought his lips to touch mine. I can still feel the warmth of his tongue. As our tongues danced as one, his left hand lowered to play with my already erect nipple. As pleasure coursed through us, I could hear him ask if I was ready -- and I assured him that I was. Our lower energy halves merged into one. It was such a jolt of combined energy that we both had a hard time holding on to one another to keep the connection. Within milliseconds we were both having an energetic orgasmic climax. As we orgasm over and over again - I could tell that the energy of the crystal temple was so high that it was brighter than any star seen by the naked eye.

Then I felt like I was falling, felt the bed give way as if I've fallen from the sky -- and I opened my eyes.

My physical body was soaked in every way possible. There was no need to finished anything off as it was well finished not only astrally, but physically as well.

I washed up, went to bed and almost immediately to sleep where I stayed asleep for over 8 hours. I woke up this morning feeling very refreshed.

I tried to post here all day Sunday - but no dice. I figured that I just wasn't supposed to blog.

Bill and Ted are going to be the death of me:) One of these days I'm going to tie them both up on a four poster bed and have my way with them -- then they will have an excellent adventure!

But in the mean time I really am craving everything British - Ted in particular. Every time his energy is around me - Bill's energy comes into play and pushes him back. Not very nice. Ted keeps trying to connect telepathically, I can feel his kiss on my neck, his hand on my shoulder or his tongue teasing my back. Astral wise I know that he curled behind me last night in my bed. The energy rush was like a cosmic connection - I don't know how to describe it except that when I came back to my physical body the 1st thing on my mind was the Big Bang Theory ( the start of the universe). I opened my eyes and I must admit - I was soaked (and yes, right where you're thinking). I actually had to go into the bathroom and clean up.

When I came back to bed - I fell asleep in an instant.
